Gary Lipovetsky, President / Dealfind Co-Founder

One of Dealfind.com's founders, Gary Lipovetsky began his career in computer retail sales, quickly moving to corporate sales at Canada Life. Having a strong interest in the world of new media, he soon found himself selling internet ads to educational institutions across Canada. Leveraging his experience in online media sales, Gary, along with long-time friend Mike Tulman, co-founded MenuPalace.com in 1999. Following the success of MenuPalace, Gary and Mike leveraged their knowledge of the service industry and co-founded Dealfind in 2010. Gary has over 11 years of marketing, sales, management, data analysis, and operations experience. Graduating in 1996, Gary holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario.

Michael Tulman, Chief Executive Officer / Dealfind Co-Founder

Before co-founding Dealfind.com in 2010, Mike Tulman started his career at KPMG where he worked as an Economic Consultant for a number of Fortune 500 companies. In 1999, Mike and his good friend Gary Lipovetsky co-founded MenuPalace.com, an online directory for the hospitality and foodservice industry. Mike has 11 years of direct sales and management to go with 8 years of Internet traffic acquisition experience. Mike holds a B.A. in Statistics and Psychology from the University of Western Ontario, and an M.B.A. from McMaster University.

Jason Redman, Chief Financial Officer

A seasoned finance executive, Jason Redman joined Dealfind in 2011 with a breadth of experience in areas of finance, administration, strategic operations management and risk management. Prior to Dealfind, Jason served as CFO at SiriusXM Canada where he was responsible for the M&A, treasury, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and taxation functions. Before that he was SVP and CFO at Look Communications Inc., and Director of Finance at Trapeze Group Inc. Jason holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He is also a Chartered Accountant with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Certified Public Accountant with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Greg Root, Executive Vice President of Sales

Greg Root joined Dealfind in 2011, bringing with him a proven ability of successfully developing and implementing high impact sales and business solutions and a track record of accelerated revenue growth. Previously, Greg served as Vice President of Customer Operations at MTS Allstream where he was responsible for all facets of customer operations, including service delivery, service assurance and field operations. Prior to MTS Allstream, Greg worked for seven years with Bell Canada, where he served as Vice-President, Small and Medium Business and as Vice-President, Bell Internet Technical Support. Greg holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph.

Marina Glogovac, Chief Marketing Officer

Marina joined Dealfind in 2011, bringing with her a passion for acquiring and nurturing customers and more than 15 years of executive experience in multi-channel marketing, ad sales, local media and e-Commerce. Before Dealfind, she served as CMO at KOBO Inc., a global eBook retailer and prior to that she spent 6 years at Lavalife Corp., first as Chief Revenue Officer and then as CEO. Prior to Lavalife, Marina held roles as a media executive/publisher, overseeing the development of celebrated local and national media brands, such as NOW Magazine, Toronto Life and Saturday Night. Her education includes a Master of Education in Organizational Development from the University of Toronto.

Paul van Run, Chief Technology Officer

Paul van Run came to Dealfind from IBM Canada where he spent 6 years as a Senior Technical Staff Member and the Chief Architect for their Master Data Management portfolio. He also fulfilled roles in the IBM Lab Services organization implementing IBM Solutions for several large IBM customers. Before coming to IBM Paul was Director of Research and Enterprise Architecture at DWL, a Toronto- based software company that was acquired by IBM in 2005. Paul holds a Master's degree in Information Science from the Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands, as well as Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.

Paul Williams, Vice President of Sales

As Vice President of Sales at Dealfind, Paul leads the national sales team responsible for all new client acquisition. Paul first joined MenuPalace.com in 2008 and moved over to Dealfind in 2010. Prior to MenuPalace.com, over the last 12 years Paul has held a variety of senior level management positions within large call centers focused in the financial industry. Paul specializes in strategic planning by implementing industry best practices which aid in the rapid development of national sales teams. Paul received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph with honors.
