This hotel is located on the shore of the Rideau Canal. All of the rooms have a river view. You can see the boats coming through the locks while standing on your balcony. My wife and I booked a spacious room with a King size bed, and were pleased to see it also had a mid-size fridge and microwave in addition to the coffee maker and hair dryer. Check-in was courteous and quick. All staff we encountered were very friendly. The room rate also included a free , prepared on order, hot breakfast of eggs, bacon or sausage, toast and juice or coffee. Better than the standard continental breakfast at most place. This is going to our destination hotel when visiting the Smiths Falls area.

Our room was clean, large and everything was there that we needed. The breakfast was great with a good variety to choose from. Our overall experience for 8 days was beyond our expectations and we have nothing but praise for the staff & Zulay. Great job well done to all of you and we will recommend this hotel to anyone going to Smiths Falls.
