The hotel was welcoming, helpful, and clean. There was a ski rental shop in the hotel, a pub, a rooftop hot tub, and indoor pool and tub. It was close to the main part of the town and priced well.

Our room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a nice balcony we could sit out on which looked out onto some trees and to the left were the Rockies. One late afternoon we saw a deer in the trees. The food in the restaurant was very good and freshly cooked. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the local area.

To all families, the Inns of Banff is an awesome hotel for both children and parents. We have stayed at the Inns often over the years, but this year we made it our home base for Christmas and our summer vacation destination. We really enjoy the many amenities available to the entire family. The meals are tasty, well presented and fit family's budgets. Our children love being able to play pool and challenging the mini-arcade games in the games room. We all enjoy both the indoor pool and the outdoor hot tub with its massage spouts. The staff is always very courteous and ready to assist us in making our stays there enjoyable. Finally, we love that the rooms afford us an opportunity to really enjoy the spectacular views especially early in the morning. My family highly recommends the Inns of Banff to families looking for a great place to stay.

Our room was on the third floor close to the outdoor hot pool. The hotel was quiet at this time, and we were not disturbed by any guest noises. The room was clean, spacious and equipped with a coffee maker, kettle and fridge. The views were spectacular!
