What is  Dealfind?

Dealfind is a great way to discover your city, purchase cool products, take a vacation and more! We guarantee merchants maximum visibility for their brand/deal to our active and engaged member base. As a result, we're able to negotiate significant discounts which get passed on as savings to our members.

How do I purchase a deal?

Click on the "Buy" button and you'll be given instructions on how to complete your purchase.

Does it cost me anything to create an account or use this website?

Not at all! You can create an account for free, you can receive the daily emails for free, and there are no extra sign up fees when you want to get in on a deal!

How do I create an account on Dealfind?

Click on "Sign Up" in the top right corner, and follow the instructions to make your account.

What are the expiration dates on my purchase(s)?

Every deal has different details and specifications so be sure to check the expiration date as they all vary.

I bought a deal, how do I use it?

Follow the instructions on your ticket to redeem your purchase.

Can Dealfind purchases be gifted to others?

Of course! We do our best to allow gifting buys and will state clearly if for some reason a particular buy does not permit it.

Can my purchase be used more than once?
(ie: if I don't use the whole discount at one time)?

It depends on the buy but most buys will need to be redeemed in one visit.

Is my credit card charged as soon as I sign up for buy?

Yes. The payment will be processed immediately.

Is Dealfind safe?

Can I suggest a business if I want them to feature a deal on Dealfind?

Absolutely! There is a link at the bottom of this page that says "Suggest a Business" in which you can fill out the form provided.

Are my purchases Refundable?

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and will be reviewed by our customer service team. Please e-mail info@dealfind.com with subject "refund" and clearly describe your request.

What happens if a business closes down?

You will be given credits towards Dealfind.com for your unused ticket(s) so long as they have not expired and the offer was purchased within 240 days of the date you contact Dealfind.com support. Simply get in touch with us via email (info@dealfind.com)

Will previous deals be featured again?

We cannot guarantee that a previous buy will appear again. The best thing to do is to sign up for the desired buy the day it's featured on Dealfind. If you see a past buy that you would like to have back, create an account and vote for it to return on the "Recent Buys" page.
