  We would be more than happy to help you, but you may be able to find your answers more quickly by visiting the featured business' website or contacting them directly if their number or email is provided on the deal page. If you are still unable to get your answer, fill in a support request form to send us an email. Please select Today's Deal in the drop down menu, include the name of the company and the city where the deal is running, and we will get back to you shortly.

• Help! I just made a duplicate/accidental purchase!
  Not to worry! As long as the deal is still running, we can easily reverse your purchase. Simply click here to send us an email. Select ‘Refunds’ and ‘I need a refund for a deal that is still running’ in the drop down menu. You will need to provide the Order Number or Voucher Number, the email address for your Dealfind account, and a detailed description of why you are requesting a refund, so that we can look into your inquiry.
  
  If the deal is no longer running, we can still assist you as long as your purchase falls within the refund policy as stated on the deal page, or on our Refund Policy page. Select 'Refunds' and 'I want to request a refund' from the drop down menu. Once again you will need to provide the Order Number or Voucher Number, the email address for your Dealfind account, and a detailed description of why you are requesting a refund, so that we can look into your inquiry.

• How do I buy a deal and what payment methods do you accept?
  When you see a deal that you love, sign up or login and go to the deal page. Simply click the Buy button before the promotion ends. Dealfind accepts North American Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.

• How safe is Dealfind?
  Very. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. Dealfind is VeriSign Secured™.

• I bought a deal on Dealfind. How do I get/print my voucher/s?
  If you purchased a product or jewelry deal and entered your shipping information you will not receive a voucher, as your order has been completed.
  
  For all other deals your vouchers are always available to view and print in your Dealfind account.
  
  Simply log in to your Dealfind account, go to your name at the top right hand corner and select My Vouchers/Orders from the drop down menu. Then click on the Order Number of the vouchers you would like to access.
  
  This will bring up the voucher information as well as the option to view/download the voucher(s) as a PDF file. You may print and save the vouchers once you have opened them in PDF format.

• Can I change the name on my voucher, transfer a voucher or give it away as a gift?
  All of our vouchers are fully transferable, as merchants track them by the unique voucher number! Once you have redeemed your voucher it will be voided by the merchant.
  
  If you would prefer to have your voucher personalized with the recipient's name, click here to send us an email. and we can change the name for you. You will need to provide us with the voucher number and the recipient’s name so that we can make the changes.
  
  If you would like to purchase vouchers as a gift, you can do so by selecting 'Buy it as a Gift' at check out. You will then have the option to personalize the voucher and have it sent directly to the recipient's email.

• I want to share your deal with my friends. How do I participate in the Ambassador program?
  First you need to sign up. It's free and takes less than two minutes. After you sign up, you need to login. Then scroll over your name, and click on Ambassador Link. There you will see your unique Ambassador Link. Right click on it and copy then paste it into an email, a blog, a website, your Facebook, or Twitter account, or wherever else you like. Every time someone clicks on your link and makes a purchase, you will earn money!
  
  You can also click on the icons next to Share And Get Paid to share the deal via Facebook, Twitter, or an email program such as Microsoft Outlook. Learn more about Dealfind's Ambassador Program.

• Where can I see my Ambassador earnings and when will I get paid?
  You can see the quick stats of your referral earnings once you login and go to Ambassador Links.
  
  The ambassador payouts are mailed out on the 15th of each month, but they are for the accumulations from the previous month, with the cut-off date being the end of that month. So, for example, all referrals earned in the month of September will be mailed out on Oct 15th.
  
  Also, cheques are only sent out if earnings are at $20 or more. If you earn less than $20 for one month, the payout will be withheld until more earnings are accumulated. Also, please make sure your mailing information is updated correctly so that your cheque can be mailed out on time. Please keep in mind, if any referral purchases are refunded you will be deducted for those earnings.
  
  You can check the dates of your monthly accumulations by using the calendar option in the My Ad Campaigns tab, under your name in the top right corner, when you login.

• I shared a deal but I do not see the Ambassador earnings?
  You can see the quick stats of your referral earnings once you login and go to Ambassador Links. If the proper procedure to earn you a referral fee was not followed, we are unable to retroactively payout ambassador fees.
  
  Ambassador earnings are reflected in your account immediately after a successful purchase. If you do not see the earnings reflected in your account the link was used incorrectly.

• I have a promo code. How do I use it?
  When you find a deal that you love, click on the Buy button for that deal. Check off the box next to Use a promotion or gift code and enter your promo code in the box that appears. You will see a message letting you know that your discount has been applied. Enter your payment information for the remaining balance and click on Complete My Order.

• I forgot to use my promo code.
  We are unable to retroactively apply a promo code to a purchase that has already been made. But no need to worry. Your promo code is still valid until the expiry date stated in your email. If you don't get a chance to use your promo code before then, we offer many other promotions throughout the year so please stay tuned.

• How do I subscribe to your Daily Deals?
  Subscribing to our Daily Deal emails will ensure that you never miss out on any of the great deals that are running in your city. Please go to www.dealfind.com. At the top of the page, click on Get Deals by Email and select the city that you would like to subscribe to, then enter your email address and select subscribe. This will ensure that you never miss out on any of our amazing Local, Travel, Product and Jewelry deals!

• How do I unsubscribe from your Daily Deals?
  To unsubscribe, click on the Unsubscribe link at the top of your next Daily Deal email. This will direct you to the Subscription Center where you can select to unsubscribe from whichever cities you choose.
  
  If you prefer not to receive any Dealfind emails, you can also click the unsubscribe with one click link at the bottom of the Daily Deal email.

• I am not receiving Dealfind emails. How can I help ensure delivery?
  You need to add our email address to your contacts to ensure our emails don't make their way to your SPAM folder. Add info@dealfind.com to receive customer support, deals@e.dealfind.com to receive the daily deal and no-reply@dealfind.com to receive our vouchers, click here to learn how to add our address to your contacts. • I have Dealfind Dollars. How do I use them?
  When you find a deal that you love, click on the 'Buy' button for that deal. Here you will see the option to pay with Dealfind Dollars as well as your available Dealfind Dollar balance.
  
  You can use the Dealfind Dollars in any denomination, and use your Credit Card to pay the remaining balance.

• Where can I find my Dealfind Dollar balance?
  Your Dealfind Dollar balance, if any, will appear on the top right hand corner of the page in Canadian and/or US currency. On the checkout page, your Dealfind Dollar balance will be updated each time a purchase is made. In addition, a new section "My Dealfind Dollars" can be found by scrolling over your name located at the top right hand corner of the page. On this page you will see your updated balance, along with further information about Dealfind Dollars.

• Can I use my Canadian Dealfind Dollars to buy US deals (and vice versa)?
  Unfortunately, this is not an option. You cannot use your Dealfind Dollars for purchases in a different currency.

• I have forgotten my password!
  To reset your password, click on the Password Recovery link on the Dealfind Sign In page in order to have your new password sent to your email. Your temporary password will be sent to your email account. If you do not see it in your inbox please check your spam/junk folder. Once you have received the email please follow the instructions.

• I am having difficulties using my voucher. Can I get a refund?
  We are sorry to hear this! We will make all reasonable efforts to resolve your concerns to ensure you are able to use your voucher.
  
  Customer satisfaction is very important to us, which is why we have an industry leading refund policy! You can visit our Refund Policy page for more information, but here are the basics:
  
  Unless otherwise stated on the deal page, we will generally only refund the purchase price of a Dealfind voucher if received within seven calendar days from the date of purchase. Exceptional circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If refunds are granted after 7 days, they will be in the form of a credit to be used exclusively at Dealfind.com.
  
  If you are unable to refund your voucher because it is outside of the refund period, please remember that our vouchers are transferable so they can be sold or given away as gifts.
  
  If you are within the refund policy period and would like to request a refund please submit a support request form. We will need you to provide the order number and a detailed reason for your request so we can look into your inquiry. Does this help? Yes | No
• I bought a Dealfind voucher and now that business closed down. Can I get a refund?
  If a merchant goes out of business within a year of your purchase, not to worry! We will issue Dealfind Dollars to your account for the price you paid for any unused vouchers. Simply fill out a support request form and provide the order number and the merchant name so that we can look into your inquiry.
  
  After one year, we are unable to issue a refund or credit for your purchase. However, as with any Dealfind purchase, we will make all reasonable efforts to resolve your concerns with the Merchant. Does this help? Yes | No

• I bought a product deal and I need to change my shipping address or the option I selected for my order.
  We can only make changes to your order if the deal is still live and running. If this is the case, simply click here to send us an email. Select 'My Order' and 'The deal is still running and I need to make a change to my product order' in the drop down menu, and we will get back to you shortly. We will need you to provide the order number so that we can look into your inquiry.

• I bought a product deal. How and when will I get it?
  If you entered your shipping information upon checkout, your order is complete and you will not be receiving a voucher. All of our merchants work diligently to get your products shipped out in a timely manner. The estimated processing and delivery times are always clearly stated on the deal page and order processing does not begin until the deal closes. Please keep in mind that there may be delays at customs for orders that are being shipped internationally.
  
  You can access the shipping information by following these steps:
  1. Log in to your Dealfind account.
  2. Scroll over your name on the top right corner and select 'My Vouchers/Orders'
  3. Click on the Order # for your purchase and click on the Deal link under Order Details.
  
  If you have not received your order and it is past the estimated delivery time stated on the deal page, simply click here to send us an email. Select ‘My Order’ and ‘Where is my product order?’ in the drop down menu, and we will get back to you shortly. We will need you to provide the order number so that we can look into your inquiry.
