Position:
Accounts Payable Coordinator 

The primary responsibility of the Accounts Payable Coordinator will be the entire Accounts Payable cycle, along with overseeing the entire Dealfind Ambassador program and assisting in other accounting duties, as assigned.  

Responsibilities:
*Oversee and coordinate the entire A/P cycle
*Enter invoices into the system in a timely manner for payment
*Process payments in a timely manner
*Review vendor invoices, follow up and report any discrepancies
*Ensure all A/P files are maintained consistently and accurately
*Reconcile A/P to cash accounts and inter-company accounts
*Ensure A/P policies and procedures are improved and maintained
*Ensure all accruals and prepaid balances are properly accounted for
*Review expenses relative to budget/forecast
*Oversee and coordinate the Dealfind Ambassador program:
*Liaise with the Customer Service department to verify cheque amounts, addresses, and other Ambassador details
*Send out cheques to Ambassadors and work with processing house to ensure timely delivery of Ambassador cheques
*Set up direct deposit/wire transfers with Dealfind merchants
*Other administrative accounting duties, as assigned

Requirements:
*Post-secondary degree with focus on Accounting or Finance
*CGA designation or currently pursuing CGA designation

Position:
Account Representative

Working as part of the Production Department, the Production Coordinator is responsible for the set up of each deal on the Dealfind server, checking the information of each featured business and gathering the creative content to ensure each deal is of the highest quality.

Responsibilities:
*Work with the entire Production team to meet all deadlines and department goals as they may be assigned
*Review contract terms and content to ensure submitted deals are of the highest quality
*Coordinate the production process for assigned deals
*Set up and upload each deal onto the Dealfind server
*Proofread and fact-check the creative content for assigned deals

Deal Analyst


As part of the Deal Analysis division, each Deal Analyst is responsible for determining and optimizing the performance deals in their assigned markets.  The ideal candidate is not only analytical but will thrive in a dynamic work environment and enjoys interaction and involvement with other divisions within the organization.  
 
Responsibilities:
*Evaluate inbound contracts to ensure divisional specific criteria
*Research potential merchants for marketing purposes

*Develop, revise, and update graphics based on company requirements
*Create graphic design concepts based on company requirements

Quality Assurance Analyst

Working with the Quality Assurance Lead and the Development department, the Quality Assurance Analyst will evaluate and test new or modified programs and procedures to conform to estabilished guidelines.  

Responsibilities:
*Oversee the integrity of the company’s website
*Create and improve test strategies
*Front-end testing experience using selenium or similar frameworks
*Maintain test plans, test scripts, and test cases for both manual and automated testing procedures
*Execute functional, negative, regression, system integration (SIT), security, performance, resiliency, browser compatibility and performance testing
*Develop test cases and test scripts for black and white box testing

Requirements:
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in website quality assurance and quality control with focus on automated and load test development, methodologies, and functions
*Strong knowledge of computer networks

*Confirm the redemption process for each deal, testing redemption codes when applicable
*Educate merchants about the online tracking process
*Review our discussion boards and the value of the merchant participating
*Have the merchant answer our “Frequently Asked Questions” for the deal
*Explain payment options to the merchant and collecting direct deposit information
*Send out the merchant’s welcome package
*Other tasks as assigned
