My husband gifted me a Dealfind coupon for this place. I was a little intrigued 'cause when you enter the lift you do not know what to except upon reaching this place. The owner Nicole is very nice and welcoming. She conducts her classes professionally and nicely. The place looks very feminine and intimate. The best thing about this place is that you can work out with ease as there are walls all around the property unlike other places in the city where there are picture windows all around and one can view all that is going on inside. I am still trying out all the classes which are conducted in the studio before becoming a member. The chances are very high that I'll be a regular to this place. I highly recommend this one to all the ladies who need personalized working out place for themselves outside their homes.

NDG is located in a great environment operated by friendly people. I took the class with Nicole and she made me work. The class was only 45 minutes, but I've never felt I've worked out so much in my life. I definitely recommend this to people of all levels because it's a great class that is great for people who want to have a great workout in a short amount of time.
