The customer service at this hotel is AMAZING! Each staff member we encountered was polite and friendly. The rooms were wonderful as well - tidy, clean, and comfortable. The beds are Sleep Number, and although the screen on our bed remote wasn't legible, we were still able to adjust it properly. The shower has great water pressure and the climate control in the room was good as well. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The hotel was really good, from the layout of the hotel, to the housekeeping, to the service.I am a world traveller and I can truly say that this was a great place to stay. I was always looking forward to return to the hotel because it was always kept clean and special. It was a touching surprise to get the welcome not from the housekeeper.

I stayed at the hotel on a business trip. I found the hotel and staff very friendly. The staff made you feel at home. I stayed in a corner room which had lots of space and very quiet. The room was very comfortable. I enjoyed the lounge/bar and restaurant. A big thank you to the staff.

My room was large with a king bed and a sofa. I slept really well. The WiFi was easy to use and stable. There's a small fridge and microwave if you need them. The meeting rooms are awesome. 'Real' chairs and water in nice glass bottles instead of pitchers. It shows that it has just been renovated. The coffee break area is first class. I ate well at the restaurant too. Friendly staff and clean hotel.

I just spent the last 4 days attending a national conference at this hotel, and was impressed! Their Conference Centre is state-of-the-art, and there is this awesome "Cafe" for the breaks that is uber gourmet! Foodie and Meeting Heaven. The hotel is wonderful, with a grand atrium, excellent pub and seriously professional health club. Would definitely go back!
