The hotel is close to center of Banff. The rooms are very clean and spacious with a little balcony. The hotel is well kept and quite modern. The staff at the reception is helpful and nice. Breakfast was included and we appreciated. There is also an underground parking lot for customers. We would go back again.

We stayed at the High Country for a girls weekend and loved it. Very close walking distance to downtown Banff. The rooms were clean, spacious and included a wonderful balcony. The breakfast was wonderful as well, fully stocked with lots of choices. Will stay again...

We just spent and extended weekend in Banff and stayed at the High Country. It was terrific. Front desk staff was full of great information at all times of the day. We arrived at 1 am and they were quick to check us in so we could get a good rest. During the day staff were very helpful with tour ideas and offered lots of good options for eco-friendly travel. We have already recommended this hotel to our friends and we will definitely be back. Thanks for a great few days.

My wife and I stayed at the High Country for the first time in 2009. They accommodated us on short notice. We had a clean deluxe room and friendly staff. Since then, we have stayed 3 more times and rest assured, they are very consistent. We made use of the pool, hot tubs, and secure underground parking. I proposed to my wife our second trip and back again for our first anniversary. The staffs at the High Country are always helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to attractions and directions. The attached restaurant is one of the best we have been to (you must try the fondue). Now that we have a family, we will still be using the High Country, the kids will love the pool and the continental breakfast is perfect to start the day off. Whether they want a suite, a deluxe room, or the honeymoon suite, we refer all of our friends and family to the High Country.

The service was amazing so friendly and helpful in no matter what area it was! Free breakfast had lots of options, clean rooms, free wifi and close to town what more could you ask for! I would have to say to, that my husband and I are on a world trip and so far we have stayed in about 16 accommodations and we both say that High Country Inn was our best overall experience so far! Well done guys!
