The Hotel has the best imaginable view of the Falls and is an excellent large hotel. It very close to Maid of the Mist and within easy walking distance of other Falls related attractions. Our Falls view room was excellent, with a very comfortable bed and spacious rooms, as well as a nice bathroom. The buffet breakfast was very nice, plenty of choices, and an omelet station. Check-in was convenient, and hotel personnel were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful view of the falls from our window. The room was comfortable and spacious, clean and tidy, and we had a lovely stay. We also had the buffet lunch the following day and it was super, both hot and cold food and plenty of choices; something for everyone. On the whole, a very enjoyable stay.

All the staff from the Valet to the Front Desk were very friendly, even checking in was pretty quick and very smooth. The Concierge, Jack, was helpful with finding everything we needed and even offered personal suggestions, booked tours and dinner reservations. I must also comment about the view, our room had the Best View we could have ever dreamed of.

Great hotel, close to EVERYTHING!!! Restaurants, shops, bars, attractions, haunted houses, walking distance of Rainbow bridge (Canadian/NY border). Best part, you don't need to leave the hotel grounds for the indoor water park!! Clean rooms, very friendly staff. My fiance and I were only going to stay for one night, but extended our stay by two extra days. The hotel also has restaurants, but they're a bit pricey, so we ventured out for lunch and dinner. Great outdoor pool. Hotel has an indoor pool as well. We had a great time at the Water Park and also indulged in bowling and karaoke at the local beer garden. I would definitely return back to Sheraton at the Falls!!
