This was a good pick for my first visit to Toronto; a good location right in the center of downtown, more or less the same distance from anywhere you'd want to go and just a few minutes from the Queen Street and Dundas subway stations. There's a 24-hour diner next door if you're feeling peckish after a late night out. Inside, it's a pretty standard issue boutique hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with hardwood floors. There's a pleasant bar in the lobby with live music on the weekends. Friendly service. They rent bicycles, too, which is a great way to get around Toronto. Overall, I would stay here again.

I just left The Pantages and wow! What a great hotel and staff! The suite was amazing, lots of room to stretch out and an uber-comfy bed. It was really nice here, I felt really well taken care of, which I think is the best thing you can ask of from a hotel.

We had an excellent one night stay last week at Pantages. The location is perfect, easy to get to. We were in town for a concert at Massey Hall, which is across the street as well. Eaton Center is one short block away - ideal! Check in was quick and easy with the very friendly Ibrahim. He was thorough in explaining the hours and events happening at the hotel that evening. The room was fantastic! Very spacious, clean, loved the kitchen area in the room. Excellent views of the city. All staff that we encountered were extremely friendly, welcoming, and thanked us for staying with them. Ricky, the valet, was always welcoming when we returned to the hotel. Overall, a great experience, and we will absolutely stay here whenever we are in Toronto.

This was my first trip to Toronto and was here on business. Some of my friends recommended I stay downtown to take in the city. I am so glad I did. The rooms were amazing, spacious, clean and cozy. Lots of nice room to work and move around in. The staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. I am not one for typical chain hotels if I can help it and this was definitely a nice change. It is close to shopping and events. I would highly recommend it if you are there on business or vacation.

This hotel is a gem in the city center! My wife and I enjoyed three days and two nights over our anniversary weekend and felt as though we were living in the city rather than just visiting. We enjoyed the martini bar on the lobby level in the evenings, where a pianist played from 9:30 - 1 am. A super hotel with a super spa! Yes, we took full advantage of the spa as well!
