My wife and I spent three nights in Whistler. The location of the hotel is perfect in the pedestrian-only village and close to lifts. Parking was quite easy. The room was very clean. We booked the regular room which was quite adequate for our needs since we spent most of the non-sleeping time out doors. Our son and his family had booked a larger room which was very spacious. We enjoyed the pool area after a day of hiking. Having restaurants in the building was very convenient. We definitely would stay here again - and still get the smaller room!

I have traveled many places and had many great experiences. Whistler and The Crystal Lodge rank at the top. Best vacation I have ever had. Everybody super friendly and accomodating, food was excellent! Super clean. Highly recommend. Can't wait to go back.

We stayed for 2 nights at the cystal lodge at past of our honeymoon. On check in the staff were fabulous, they immediately gave us a free upgrade along with vouchers and information on whistler. Our room was lovely with a small kitchen area, seating area and a comfortable king bed. The bathrobes were a nice touch particularly after a long day hiking! The bathroom was on the small side but was very clean and nice products. We were at the back of the hotel and it was really quiet. Didn't use the pool/hot tub but they did look good. Cystal lounge bar was nice pub, cheap drinks for whistler. Would highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights for our wedding anniversary holiday and we booked a one bedroom king suite. On arrival we were greeted by lovely staff who provided us with information on things we might like to do whilst visiting, along with information about a special that was going on with several local restaurants participating. Our room was lovely, clean and looked out towards the snow capped mountains. Talk about huge, there was plenty of room and if you were skiing and had a lot of luggage with you, it would be perfect. The furnishings were nice and comfortable, giving it a homely feel. As I mentioned we were on wedding anniversary and we were lucky enough to have a complimentary half bottle of sparking waiting for us on ice in our room. The location here was amazing. Walking out of the hotel we were on the Village Stroll and had great access to all the shopping, restaurants, bars and activities. My hubby and I had no idea about the number of activities available during the spring/summer. We have a long list of things we didnt do due to time constraints and will be back, hopefully next year, and will be making Crystal Lodge our home again.
