We had an excellent stay. We came for two nights, and the manager greeted us personally and made us feel very welcome. They comped us a bottle of wine on our arrival, and offered us late check out on our departure. Breakfast both days included bacon, eggs, and pancakes, as well as fruit, yoghurt, various breads, juices, tea and coffee. Keith was extremely helpful and friendly and was great at recommending things to do and see. We loved the little kitchenette in our room and our view was excellent. It was the perfect romantic trip!

This is definitely a family run operation. Prefer to stay in a chalet style hotel versus the run of the mill chain style that looks like the room could be transported form one location to another and they always look the same. This one matches the scenery (Rocky mountain resort). We stayed in the end room that had an upstairs loft and offered an amazing panoramic view of the Columbia Valley. Location is great as well. You are on a road that heads above the town of Radium. Still close to all the amenities, yet secluded enough. It's rustic, and that's what we wanted. Definitely recommend.

We had a great time. The Manager made us feels completely at home. It was like a family affair. He made our stay a pleasure and very memorable. Rooms were great, view excellent. Very clean and tidy.

What a wonderful place to stay in this beautiful little town tucked in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Chris Wright did everything to make us feel welcomed and comfortable including cooking a very tasty breakfast. We found that Chris actually has relatives in Missouri where we are from. The chalet is off the main street, so very quiet while sleeping. The room we had included a fireplace which made it that much more enjoyable. We walked to the restaurant next door for dinner and the food was excellent as well. Another suggestion from Chris.

We have stayed here many times and have always had a wonderful time but this time was truly exceptional! The Chalet Europe has never once let us down with cleanliness, service, comfortable bedrooms with cozy fireplaces and of course the best view any hotel in Radium has to offer. There is new management since our last visit however and this has made our stay even better! I grew up traveling all summer, every summer with family and stayed at a lot of different places and never have I encountered the kindness and generosity that we found at the Chalet Europe this past week! We were treated like family! We both felt so at home we didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back! We loved our room (as always) the breakfasts were better than ever and they cared that I’m a vegetarian and made sure I had something to eat, we got to BBQ for dinner a couple times and the owners were so friendly and had lots of ideas of new stuff we could do even though we have been to Radium so many times. They even cared that we are night owls and didn't feel like getting up early for breakfast! Honestly, the kindness we found here is unlike anywhere else. We love the bugaboo suite, and highly recommend it, the fireplace is gorgeous, the view is incredible and the bedroom and kitchenette is nice and the high ceilings give it a nice open feel. The giant ravens and eagles we saw out our windows in the mornings are a pretty amazing thing to wake up to! Honestly, I’m shocked that people have anything but good stuff to say about this place, we love it here, and will keep going back, we highly recommend you visit the Chalet Europe!
