This was my first time staying at this hotel, but my boyfriend has stayed there a few times. The hotel is in the perfect location if you are wanting to do anything downtown. Everything is within walking distance which is perfect, no driving around busy downtown Ottawa and then you do not need to worry about parking. The hotel is very clean and the staff are fantasic and very helpful. We also ordered room service during our visit and the food was very good and prompt. The beds are so comfortable we did not want to leave. Also give their new soaps a try, great for a good foot massage. :) I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat. The price is very competitive for the area. If you are in Ottawa please give this hotel a go well worth it.

My husband and I spent the weekend here for a wedding. This was our 3rd time staying here. It's extremely close to all major attractions. No need to take your vehible anywhere, you are in walking distance to everything. The hotel is very clean, beds extremely comfy, staff always friendly and helpful and the price has always been competitive. Wouldn't stay anywhere else for our visits to Ottawa.

This was my first visit to this hotel and my first visit to Ottawa. The hotel rooms are being renovated and was worried it would be too noisy but I never noticed, I also liked the location. I checked in with Peggy and I have to say she was probably the best front desk person I have ever dealt with. If you happen to stay at this hotel be sure and ask for her! And I stay at a lot of hotels. The room was clean, comfortable and the food in the restaurant was good. I encountered no problems during my stay and would stay again on my next visit to Ottawa.

We've stayed here multiple times for business and pleasure and have never been disappointed. We like the easy access to the airport and walking distance to downtown. We stayed in the newer renovated rooms... beautiful & comfortable. We recommend it to friends who are heading to Ottawa time & time again.

Having visited Ottawa many times on business, I found the Radisson Parliament Hill to provide a balance between convenience and price. One may stay more cheaply by lodging further out, but to have easy access to so much of downtown one would be hard-pressed to find a better price. I had enough frequent-visitor points to take my wife on a pleasure trip. She felt indulged by being able to stay in a better hotel than we could afford on our own.
