We arrived at the Hotel, and were greeted immediately by a very friendly person. She processed our reservation, and filled us in on all the parts of our special package, and answered any of our questions. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The remote for the TV didn't work. I called down to the desk, and immediately someone was to our room with another remote. He stayed and made sure it worked. The shuttle service was very good, and took us to where we wanted to go, and even slowed down to show us the Christmas lights. The next morning it was snowing heavily. The person at the desk was very helpful when we asked about driving conditions. She told us what it was like for her coming to work, as she came the same direction that we were leaving.

I travelled with my wife and we were extremely pleased with this property. The room was large and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had nice ammenities. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful doing what ever they could to make the stay an enjoyable one. We were very impressed!

A group of girlfriends ages 25-30 just stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The hotel is clean, plenty of towels - the shower was also decent too. Lots of restaurants in the area, so you will not starve. Front desk was also helpful. Over all this hotel was decent - we had loud music in our room and we had no complaints from other rooms.

Stayed at the Ramada for one night on 09/02/2011 and had a great experience. We arrived late for check-in but had no issues at the desk or with parking and we were actually upgraded to a suite at no extra charge and even offered free parking! Friendliest staff, great clean oversized room and great location! Will definitely stay there again!
