The staff of the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They knew the history of the area very well and always took time to point out other places of interest. The pool and spa was a delight especially after a full day of walking around. This was our first visit to the Falls and we will be back. The location, the staff, and the price of a room at Michael's cemented our plans for a return. I most certainly would recommend this hotel.

Wonderful beds, clean rooms, great pools - one for my younger child, a big pool for my older child and a hot tub for me - bliss. Close to the main strip, affordable and nice view.

Michael's Inn is our favorite place to stay in Niagara Falls. It is ideally located a block away from the Rainbow Bridge, Casino Niagara and fun-filled Clifton Hill! The staff are friendly and courteous. They go out of their way to please you. The rooms are spotlessly clean and big too. The pool area was lovely and clean and the hot tub was actually very hot! We are going to return to Michael's Inn every year - trust me you will not be disappointed!
